Medical AR Management Services (MedAR) located in Houston, TX specializes in medical billing for pathologists, radiologists and independent physician practices not owned by hospital groups.
MedAR supported their operation with San Diego-based CPU’s MedFM with 2 TB storage at V7.4, hosted on CPU’s IBM i platform. “During the planning stage the Cloud400 team was excellent. We had great response time, diligent in depth answers, and they took the time to not just tell us the answer, but explain the why’s and how’s which made us feel involved and knowledgeable.
“There was a lot of due diligence, and we had a short period of time, 2 weeks, to run through all diagnostics. We had done the testing, but were nervous during the go live, but everything went as hoped. We went live on schedule in 2 weeks.
“One of our goals was that our customers would not encounter any cash flow disruption during this transition. Fortunately, that did not occur and the go live was seamless in that regard.”
