1. Way Less Time:
This approach does not require 1 or more weekends of downtime to upgrade OS400 to the latest release. Restricted downtime is dramatically limited – in most cases, it’s about 2x – 3x your save time depending on the amount of data, or about 2 to 4 hours for most of our clients.
2. No Surprises
The unexpected surprises are discovered before anyone comes onsite to go live. If we did not encounter them in our planning, we either find them in the upgrade process or during your test when you VPN to your system to test the upgrade.
3. Hassle Free
When we plan the go live cutover, all the testing has been completed. There should be no risk of surprise and the set up and go live is a smooth, hassle-free experience.
4. Risk Free:
If, for any reason, the client needs or wants to go back to the version prior to the upgrade, the system can be returned to its prior state in an hour. This roll-back capability makes this upgrade approach risk-free.
5. Big Savings:
You SAVE BIG because we can do most of the work at our tech center instead of onsite. While we know our competition charges as much as $6,000 to $20,000+ for version upgrades, we charge a fraction of this price for our version upgrade.
6. Done Remotely:
We don’t have to be in your backyard to perform a successful upgrade. In fact, most of our version upgrades are done remotely. We have completed successful version upgrades from Guam to Ghana. That’s because we have done the hard stuff at our data center on one of our servers so your production is never impacted.
